Located within an equestrian community near Horseshoe Bay, The Trails was designed for a family passionate about horses and rustic, antique furnishings. The tree-covered site shaped every aspect of the home, ensuring no trees were disturbed during construction.

A dogtrot separates the main home from the guest casita, channeling cool southeastern breezes to north-facing rear porches. The guest casita offers self-contained accommodations, including a kitchen, living space, and three sleeping areas for overnight visitors.
