The owners desired to add new spaces to their 1940’s era home for relaxation and rejuvenation. The existing structure could not be adequately modified so a stand-alone building was designed.

Nestled among the property’s graceful oak trees, the pavilion is thoughtfully situated in a natural clearing to create a peaceful retreat. It features three distinct areas: an A/V lounge for unwinding, a gym with a sauna, and a screened breezeway with a spa and cold plunge for outdoor relaxation. Clad in D'Hanis brick, the pavilion seamlessly complements the character of the original home and its natural surroundings.
